With the beginning of the on-going school year, class councils have been established in the 7th grade classes of the Gesamtschule Treuenbrietzen. The class council is a democratic forum of each class where the pupils advice, discuss and decide in weekly settings about self-elected topics. Therefore, it is an important contribution to a more democratic school culture.
